its was a while ago but when i was training for the cross country at school i used to run for an hour each morning before school and then on weekends usually first thing but not as early as on a week day. I think 5 might be too early i used to leave around half six, but then i don't know what time school starts or how long it takes you to get there, good luck and remember to let your parents know the route you are running don't run anywhere unsafe like unlit paths etc and wear something reflective so that other road users can see you,

Your commitment to your running schedule is admirable, but do not ever go running alone in the dark. See if two or three friends will join you, and if not, change the time that you run. Maybe you can join a gym with an indoor track.

you can maybe get up early enough to do a one mile morning walk. do you have a dog you can walk your dog or get a friend to walk with you and that will encourage you.
