hello i just bought an item on ebay and received it today.
I was unhappy with the item and asked the seller for a refund. He said he will give me a refund. so do i send the phone 1st or do i have him refund the money 1st. I payed by paypal.

contacts paypal and tell them whats going on..they should refund you the money and take it from his account..then you may send the phone back

Firstly get in touch with EBay and tell them you are unhappy with the purchase, at the same time contact the seller and tell them you have contacted EBay and you are going to send the item back, recorded delivery, that way there is little chance of the seller saying that they did not receive the item.
In most cases, providing the seller is honest you should receive a refund into your account (Pay Pal, you did use pay pal, right) minus your postage costs unless you fight for them.

Contact Pay Pal over phone and send back the store with proof of despatch and inform paypal not to release thepayment to the seller.
