okay if have my period every month around the 23rd and it ends 7-8 days later.. when do i start counting my cycle days to ovulation??? like do i count 10-14 days after i ended my period or do i count when i first start? i really don't know what day i usaully ovulate so i'm trying to count now and take my BBC every morning. thank you for your help!

count the day you start your period as day 1 of your cycle, then around day 12-16 you should be ovulating

count the day you start as day one. about two weeks after you stop should be when you ovulate

14 days after you start but you have a longer cycle so to be sure I would suggest to take ovulation tests to give you a better idea.
