Whats a patsy? Ive heard it before like in poker and in law dramas. Any ideas?

Or someone who allows others to walk-all-over them.

I always think of the word patsy as meaning a sucker. A person who is way too naive and gullible. One who you can play tricks on and often use and take advantage of. Lied to and they believe the lies.
I think of this guy I know who falls for everything people say. People pretend to be his friend on 'PAYDAY' hmmm but after payday they keep their distance YET the following PAYDAY they go to him with song and dance , nonsense stories then say.."BTW, I sure hope you can loan me a little cash. We are good friends and I know you don't want to see me without."

A patsy is a rube or a stooge who can be taken advatage of to either lose their money or lose their freedom
