They need someone to process payments that I will receive in the mail and I put them in my bank and then take 10% and mail them a check for the rest. Is this a scam? Is it real?

Total scam the "checks and money orders" you will process for them will be forged and will bounce leaving you holding the bag for all the money you just forwarded to them. There are warnings up at the post office and many banks about this type of fraud. Just delete them and set up your mail filter to recognize the offers as spam.
