when I'm mature enough to make that decision.

A Monroe piercing, also known as a Madonna piercing, is a piercing in the part of the face between the top lip and the nose. It is typically meant to resemble a beauty mark. Some say that the name depends on whether the piercing is on the left or right side of the face (Marilyn Monroe's beauty mark was on the left side, and Madonna's beauty mark is on the right side), but the terms seem interchangeable. Monroe is the more common, widely used name.

Are you a teenager? Listen to your parents and don't pierce anything but your ears and limit that to one hole per ear. Otherwise, when you're older...you'll have nothing but holes that won't heal and major regrets!
