I think its normal because I think i've seen it before on other men. The bump is at the back in the middle. What is it?

Everyone has lumps and bumps on their heads you just dont see them when there is hair covering them. I wouldnt worry about it until it tries to have a conversation with you.

Razor bumps (pseudofolliculitis barbae when facial hairs are involved; psuedofolliculitis pubis when pubic hairs are involved) or possibly barber's rash (folliculitis).... Probably an ingrown hair.

I guess it is just the way people's skull's form. Humans were meant to have hair.

theres nothing to worry about.i have that too,its just his scull.his head isnt perfectly smooth.it does have some bones.
