Forward somersault:
Lie face down on the water, hands at the side, sculling gently. Pike at the waist, pull hard with the hands, holding a 90 degree pike or bringing it in to a tight tuck, finish your rotation and stretch back out on the water.

Back somersault.
Float fact up on the water, hands at the side. Arch your back, like you were doing a backstroke start off the blocks, pull hard with your hands, keep your legs tightly together and do a full circle underwater, coming up on your back to stretch out on the water and complete your somersault. A variation of that is once your head and neck arches back and you start your turn, bring your feet up into a tight tuck and hold it while you complete your turn, then stretch out at the end of the somersault.

Ok, so you are floating in the water, bring your knees up to your chest, and start circling your arms in a forward motion, and lean forward, and blow waterout of your n0ose (keep circling your arms&leaning) soon, you'll have done an underwater summersault!

spend time in gym class in a belt and have the instructor take you through the throwing of your upper body and then the tuck in the middle and the knowledge of how to land three parts...won the 1959 mid-west open with a triple split flying two-and three to a suicide dive to a triple Rudolph ball-out...one-off stunt never seen in competition again

just make sure your head is always looking dead straight ahead. practice by doing handstands and then ducking your head to let your body do a somersault to see what its supposed to feel like. and then all youll need to do is practice.

Really all you have to do is do a handstand underwater, and than lean to the side. I do it all the time and its really fun!
