I think it could go deep into the Bush administrations, with his signing statements and his war in Iraq for the personal gain of many in his administration it might cause humpty dumpty to drop from the wall and not be fixed.

if all the democrats do for the next two years is investigations and dont push their 'better' agenda, the ones that need to be voted in in 2008 will lose to republicans, including the new president.

None... all politicians are the same... talk big to get elected then then just fill their pockets with our tax money. Dems and Reps. If people would get their heads out of the sand and quit believing what the politicians and the NEWS tell them and vote with thier own common sense this country would be better off.

The lawsuit for war crimes filed against Rumsfeld by Germany will start the ball rolling. Cheney will be next because of his very close relationship with Rumsfeld. Condi may escape because Rumsfeld shut her out. Bush will claim ignorance - but then, he is the "Decider" and should receive the same fate. Time will tell.

and emperor bush is just plain retarted.

all the decisions bush makes are heavily influenced by rice, cheney, and rumsfield

Cheney will get nailed for involvement in busting sanctions to his enemy Saddam in the 90s. I'm betting on "Scooter" Libby to be the first convicted.
