How do you change the windows toolbar from the left side to the bottom?
Can you help?

You should just be able to drag it where you want it, make sure that you don't have the toolbars locked (right click on the toolbar and see if lock the taskbar is checked)

1) Make sure ur toolbar is unlocked (right click, make sure "Lock Toolbar isn't checked 2) On a blank spot on the bar (a spot for programs if their were any open) click and drag to the bottom of your screen. 3) Lock your taskbar (right click and select Lock Taskbar)

Easy, just clilck and hold on to it, and drag it to the bottom. If its locked, right click on it and uncheck "lock the toolbar"

Right click on the taskbar and unselect lock the taskbar. Once done Left click and hold on your taskbar and drag it to the bottom. The relock your taskbar.
