No there is no evidence.One thing the heart size is equal to the fist of the human possessing it.So the larger the body the heart size is little larger.May be in some hilly areas people are small and proportionately their heart size is also small

Actually the heart should be BIGGER for people living in the mountains. It is a known fact that the LUNGS are bigger for such people, because of less oxygen in the air. I would think the heart should be bigger in order to better circulate the blood.

People who live in high altitude climates generaly have physicaly larger hearts than those who live at sea level.
