It is called "R.A.F. Banter" and it appears in show number 42 ('Light Entertainment War'), first broadcast on November 14th, 1974.

The film was called Eulogy and Graham Chapman was in it.But in can't find what your looking for but I hope this will help you find your answer.

I loved the one where the guy writes the funniest joke ever, and they use it for warfare because it's so funny that you die of laughter.
