What happens to a 20 yr old boob job???

Question

i'm curious what happens after you've had a boob job for a long time. because womens breasts sag as we get older, so will it look like 2 watermelons in a plastic bag??? or do you have to go to the docs and get it "re-newed" ??
would it look normal for an elderly lady to have "perky" breasts.
sorry for being a bit blunt.... couldnt think of a better way to ask it.

i'm not thinking about getting a boob job. i was just wondering because the "trend" now is to have all kinds of plastic surgery. have women really looked into what they'll look like in say 30 years??

I know a woman who had breast implants in the early 60s; she said her breasts felt like two bags of wet sand and I see no reason to doubt her. She had regular mammoslams and no one ever suggested they be replaced(according to her) three years ago she finally decided to have them fixed as the were also sagging. When they got in there the left implant was adhered to her breast wall as the silicone had leaked. You know that cancer link no one has proven---well, she had cancer at that site. She appears to be cancer free as of this point in time and surgery and chemo--time will tell..did that sorta kinda answer you question?

My sister is 47 and has perky C cup breasts she has never had any surgery, never been on a diet and has had two children, they do not sag just because we get older, there are many other reasons for it.
Plenty of young women have saggy breasts.
They will never look like watermelons in plastic bags as they do not make implants that big.

An straight ponting hard boob is always a myth.In late teens or twnties it may be so.But thereafter sagging is inevitable.Brest feeding enhances the rate of sagging.See f tv shows.Even the boobs of most fashinable models are not firm and comes down or oscillates.Initially good bras will cover up and keep it upwards.Later surgical correction is possible.There is nothing wrong in using modern medicine/surgery to keep up your looks.Men are surely attracted by firm cute boobs.

I think you are supposed to renew your implants after 15 yrs and not 20 yrs. As for being an older lady with perky boobs, what is the point of having nice boobs when the rest of your body is older and saggier looking? you would then need to spend a fortune on keeping up looking young, no thanks would just be healthy and active!!

It is a possibility that you are over analyzing it. It is understandable that you would feel weird talking to your parents about this than maybe the guidance counselor, you have full confidentiality with her so it shouldn't be a problem, he/she is not aloud to tell anyone anything you tell he/she without your permission. If you really don't want to tell anyone at least switch out of the class. If it gets worse though, you should definitely tell somebody. About the staring, this could easily be paranoia. If he is staring at your eyes than he is probably trying to see if you are paying attention. Most teachers do that. It becomes a problem when he starts looking 'elsewhere'. Same with that time in the hall, it might not of been because it was you, he might of just been staring down the hall. If he was staring at you while he was talking about the god it might of been because you were front and center of the classroom, teachers try and make eye contact with all their students. Like you said about your seating. Speaking of that, it probably isn't much to worry about were he seats you. Perv's can care less about what YOU see. Again if it really makes you feel uncomfortable you can tell him something like, you are having trouble seeing the front of the class because he always stands in front of you and could you please move you to another seat. If he does this and than starts standing in front of that seat then you might have a definite problem, again, switch the class. Again, if you are really uncomfortable tan just make an excuse to switch classes. Simple as that.

All body parts are created for a purpose. Boobs are to feed the children and not to show them around. U can show them around as long as it is possible. Thereafter if u r so keen get some plastic surgery done on them.

If you have had breast enlargement 20 years ago, I wouldnt waste time seeing my doctor as most of those implants if I can remember were silicone and they can cause big probs after so many years.

When youv'e had a boob job your supposed to have them replaced after 10yrs.It's not compulsary but they do advise it.
