Yahoo's Literati in the Yahoo's Games is a good scrabble site. Nothing to download or pay. Yet you're going to need Java applet on your computer, which you probably already have, to play Yahoo games.

get it from real games. you need to sign up for an account and download something tho, but it's free. download the trial, and install it. run the game. go to the scrabble folder (where it's installed.) show your hidden files (go to tools -> folder options -> view if you're on windows) there will be a hidden .exe file. copy that to you desktop, or wherever. close/exit the game. unhide the new .exe (right click the icon and uncheck hidden) copy that .exe to the scrabble folder and replace the old one. that takes out the time limit you have on your game.
