Yes. Because he has vacated the domicile you can. However he needs access to his belongings via reasonable means.
Good luck

Are you both on the deed or lease agreement? If so, then I would ask my attourny.. You can't change the locks without a court order, which would probably be due only to a restraining order that you would have to get on him. He would have no access to his personal items. You could probably do it, but the courts would frown on it and when it came down to a settlement agreement or actually going to court, you would want the Judge on your side as much as possible.
If you are in Maryland... the courts are already on your side.
Divorce sucks! Going through one myself.
1. One set of wedding rings..........$500.00
2. Marriage License in TN..............$150.00
3. Attourney fees for your divorce...Priceless

Been there and done that. I even asked to police about it before I did it. I was told that you can change the locks on the home once they have moved out and not before.

Probably yes,but you will have to give him access to any of his personal property and anything he is awarded on the property settlement still in your posession.

Check with your attorney ......... (If it's done to ensure your safety because he was violent against you, then you can most likely do so with no chance of him suing you for locking him out.)

I would think that it would be fine, becouse he moved out, but to be on the safe side I would ask your lawyer. Good luck to you.
