the best thing for pale skin is bronzing powder, totally changes the face.
also use warm colors, try to avoid girly colors like pink, red, orange..u know.
defining ur eyes with a thin line of black and black kohl too will be amazing with the bronzing powder.
if u like lipstick just use very light colours, but again avoid pinks.

i think it all depends on your eye color, for example I have brown eyes and very pale skin and i use mostly neutral coloes on my eyes like light tans, browns, and golds, with brown eyeliner and mascara, black is to much. and i just use a pale foundation and then a bronzer to make me look a little darker. If you go to a clinique counter ( ive used it for like the past six years and its amaizing) you can get a free make over and they help you pick out things that are great for you skin type. good luck

very dramatic pink and anything that goes with a splash of hair colour ,not blonde,maybe jet black Lovely!!
an effect of smoked eye looks awesome ,or a colourful dark shadows on eyes

blush is extremely needed ! colour make up base and foundation.....purple eyeshadow...my suggestion...try estee lauder
