when ever i start up the game it goes to the start up menu and it just green screens me. i need some help here.

the wii works fine with outher games i have i think it just the game.

The wii's not broken
You probably need to get a disk cleaner and clean the disk
BUT when you wipe it don't wipe it in circles because that Strips the memory from the game
Wipe it Straight up and Down or side to side
That should help

It's probably just the game.
Clean it. If that doesn't work take it back and get a new one.
Or get something else, I was a pretty disapointed by Carbon. Most Wanted and Underground were way better in my opinion. I played Carbon for about an hour before I didn't even care anymore.

call 18008951672 choose the opttion to talk to an operator about the wii just do it and talk to them and mayb they`ll help you or redirect you to someone that can help
