In my eyes it is the best place to go.You can get grs as a teen as long as you have your parents concent.

I think you can do it (without guardian) after you turn 18. You want to do an extreme research on the greatest plastic surgeon who is specialize in this field. I mean,,,serious research and references. This kind of thing, you want to make sure you get the right person to do it. Also even though you know what you want, you might want to sleep through it for a while because really, it's gonna be a big change...probably the biggest one in your life. Self doubt is fine when it's constructive. Once you find a plastic surgeon, he/she will need to go through a process of setting you up with a psychologist to make sure this is something you really want--permanently. Good luck!
