Is the italian culture considered part of the latin culture?Like the others. example:puertorican, cuban, colombian, or etc.?

But how would it be considered a european culture if the speak the latin language? i mean spain is over there in that area and is considered as latino and so is guatamala? So what is the difference?

italian is a european culture. latin culture refers to central and south america.

Not by the usage of the term nowadays in the U.S.A. Latin or Latino has come to mean the same as Hispanic. That is: derived from Spain.
