I saw a black, triangle UFO when I was 17, and have been on a religious and scientific quest ever since. It was dusk, so the thing was extremely dark compared to the sky. It was floating in place above a large field surrounded by trees at treetop level, and it was gigantic! It was right beside a country road, so I got out to look at it but decided I was close enough! Hopped in the car and went home. If you've seen one, do you think they are the technologies of various governments; from outer, or inner space; a race that was on earth long before us and still is; or, like my husband thinks--us--from the future--human time travelers? I know it was real as I saw it upclose. Interested in what you think?

I had exactly the same experience you described in your post about four years ago. It was the one event that completely changed my life. Suddenly I realized that everything I did up to this point was meaningless. The next few years I started extensive research concerning these "black-triangle" UFOs and it turned out that there have been dozens of sightings just in the last years with all persons concerned describing the same black-triangular object. Upon further investigation it appears that all witnesses concerned suffer from the same post-triangular sighting problem; a mental state that is generally called the post-tri- trauma. Please be very cautious about your further activities I have seen many witnesses doing the "wrong" things and consequently having very difficult "experiences". The reasons for this phenomenon still seem unclear but if you look a little deeper into leading neurobiological research it looks like the magnetic fields of the black triangular "things" cause heavy disturbances in the Hippocampus (responsible for your long term memory) and the Gyrus Postcentralis (whose function is yet to be fully determined). Of course media coverage has been low but some leading scientists such as Libet and Gleason are at the moment looking at these phenomena. If you want more infos feel free to mail me and take care.

Did the thing make any noise? Did it move only when you were moving? Could have been something in your eye! These phenomena tend to have a natural explanation. Without another witness its hard to be certain you saw what you saw.

My guess is it's probably a military aircraft. Maybe you saw the latest incarnation of a stealth fighter or something.
