Will team management again trust to give the captainship to sourav ganguly?

MY opinion is yes, because team management trust the dravid & Greg Chappel. First Greg Chappel says only young & talented boys stay in the team not experience & old but i can't understand what mr. chappel want? because slowly slowly he take the experience player. So my opinion is that team management again trust captainship to sourav ganguly.

Not really! Cos' Rahul Dravid has done a fair job as captain and he is the ideal man to lead india till the end of the cricket world cup in west indies. Team india needs a psychiatrist to mentor all the indian players , so that they can believe in themselves that they can win.
Saurav Ganguly should be called back in the team along with vvs laxman and gautam gambir. Saurav Ganguly has lost his image as a captain for some time as he has been out of the indian cricket team. he can get back if he performs at the domestic level and coach greg chappel resigns from his job. if saurav is back, his role will be that of an all round player and also could be the vice captain as well to some extent.

It seems not possible. But I wish it happen, because he was a good captain. As a batsman he should have rotated more in the team to force him perform well, because whenever he was challenged he performed well. But NOW instead of extracting his talent the Management and bloody Chappel killed a player. For me Chappel is a bloody FUCKER who believes that he is perfect and no respect in others. He instilled insecurity among the players with experiments with no results. He is an Australian spy who destroyed the most successful and aggressive Indian Captain. I believe Saurav Ganguly be out of the team by now(in a much decent way) and a new captain will be settled much better by now if a man with a bit of wisdom appointed as a coach. Good professionals never combine personal problems with their job. Chappel is a bastard.

It's too late for that.

After all that have taken place over the last 15-16 months, Chappell & Ganguly can't forge that special bond that is needed between the coach & the captain.

Moreover, Dravid won't feel comfortable playing only as a batsman, he'll feel demotivated and he is our best batsman.

Ganguly perhaps also won't want to occupy the hot seat, and would surely like to concentrate mainly on his own game for whatever (1-2 years at the most) is possibly left of his internatioal career as a batsman only.

FOR EXAMPLE Shri RAHUL

1) is a great TEST PLAYER, can play for TEST but not ODI. What he scored in last ODI, he tried to be retain in the team. In ODI total score by INDIVIDUAL along with rate of score is very very important. He can never play fast. Therefore he shall not be choosen for ODI.

2) South Africa was 6 out with 75 runs. Still he could not control upto scoring 277. He is the worst CAPTAIN.
He shall not be choosen for CAPTAINCY.

Then who is CAPTAIN?

Choose some better capable. If connot be select the best player of one ODI as CAPTAIN in the next Match.

I do not think that Ganguly will be appointed as a Captain at this stage as his inclusion in the team itself is not yet certain. If Ganguly has to come back in the team, he has to perform well in the Ranji Trophy. I feel that he may be included in the Test side for the test series in South Africa and depending upon is performance in the test series only his future shoule be decided.

because being Captain for lengthy and with Dalmiya backing him, all this skill were given to his head and he all started bossing round. he used to play various of politics contained in the crew which ofcourse does not help the crew and the moral of the gamers.. And to date as his previous files and information are concerened, he became sturdy. yet that doesn't advise u can play until eventually eventually u die.. He became always failing to score runs in his previous experience's (that were more advantageous than 40).. The crew is chosen on your recent performance, not how u used to finish few years decrease back.. subsequently Mr. Ganguly is out of the crew.
