In the morning when I shower before going to work at the end of my shower I blast myself with cold water to shock me awake. Its not fun but it must be done. Cold showers are good when its 95 degrees in the summer and sweat pours off of you and you cant get to the pool.

I sometimes enjoy that...after being outside playin soccer on my court. But---mostly I like steaming in the shower! =D

i do occasionally .it's especially use-full when you have a fever of 103 degrees.are when you want to wake up .and while it's not romantic it has been useful with couples trying to conceive a (it helps with sperm production)child.
