What was a drunken guy doing in a room with a sleeping woman? Was he invited?
If the woman presses charges she runs the risk of having the Police ask these very same questions. Would she like to answer these questions in court in front of a jury?
If the drunken man entered the house by breaking and entering then I'd say yes most definetly. But...if not...I'd ask her to think long and hard about pressing charges because the witness stand can be just as bad for the plaintiff as the accused.

Absolutely. This is a serious sexual assualt. Drunkenness doesn't make someone less culpable, and in fact the offence is particularly serious because the victim was asleep and therefore more vulnerable.
Sexual and violent abusers of women frequently cry and express remorse before going to to do the same again. Next time he may in fact do something worse, whereas by drawing attention to his actions *now* it may prevent further abuse.

Yes - not only is this sexual harrassment but the guy obviously has a drinking problem. He's remorseful but a true drunk will only get help for his problem once he is forced to deal with it. Press charges or it will happen again.

Drunks are the biggest problem in America. They destroy the whole family, abuse the spouses and children. They kill innocent people on the roads.Ahha,But this is Americas legal drug. Its consumed by most all of our Judicial system.Alcohol shrinks the brain, dries out brain matter. Can we say this makes a sound mind.Put the Pickle Brain where he belongs, behind bars, the real ones.

You should press charges. The alcohol just removed his controlling mechanism and let him do what he really wanted to do. You would be helping women in the future and possibly helping him as well. Sorry is between him and the higher powers that might be and between him and himself. This is not a situation where an apology is even appropriate to give or to be accepted.

How on earth did you allow some guy who you would not have concent with have access to your vagina? Should you be charged with being stupid? Were you drunk too? A normal person would not be in this situation in the first place. Did he break into your home? Why would you allow a drunk into your living space?

No you should call your big brother or tell your boyfriend and let them deal with it, he'd likly make you out to be a lose woman if it went to court, and your repitation would be left damaged for all time, it should teach you who not to trust. But let some guys handle him but good!

Yes, even if its just to get him cautioned!
If he was alert enough to get that far into a womans clothes without waking her in the process, then he was not as drunk as he'd like others to think.
My thoughts with the woman.

Report him and hope he goes to jail where his new "husband" will grope him. They could be remorseful together.

Ok, if I knew you and you were a friend of mine that just made a mistake, yes, I would probably forgive you and not press charges. If you were just some stranger at a party, I would put you behind bars so quick you wouldn't know what happend.
