i always wanted permanent makeup.

Search on the states of NJ or NY on the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals website (www.spcp.org). You will find artists there that have experience. Do not try to cut corners when it comes to your face. Interview several and compare prices as well as photos of their work and their work environment. If it doesn't look clean and sanitary, it is likely it is not!

Never get tattooing of any kind in a nail salon!!
