I am looking to buy a new Nintendo Wii, I have been on www.wii.com but they do not provide enough info. So any information will be welcome, ex: games, best place to buy, etc.

And I have one more question, when Nintendo said it is backwards compatible does tht only mean Game Cube games can be played on Wii?

He didn't ask about the 360 and no one needs to hear another freaking 360 kid with some kind of problem that prevents him from shutting up when someone asks a question that doesn't involve his beloved Halo.

YES, WE KNOW YOU DON'T LIKE THE WII. WE HAVE FILED YOUR GREVANCE AND WILL CONTACT YOU WHEN THE MATTER IS RESOLVED. NOW GO THE F*** AWAY.

Okay, sorry about that.

There are 36 Wii games on the market currently with many more in production. I don't think you'll see the same limited Library the GameCube had because of the much more successful launch. I recomend going to Toys R Us, that's where I got mine and I've heard they have worked something out with Nintendo to get more Wii's than other retailers.

Yes, the Wii is only backwards compatable with GameCube games, but there are also a variety of 'Virtual Console' titles that include classic games from the NES, SNES, Genisis and GruboGrafix16.

I'd also like to point out that the batteries that came with my Wii-mote haven't died yet. I'm pretty supprised.

I in basic terms understand 2 of them yet i'm going to respond to the final i'm able to: for my area, a Wii charging station could be a smart purchase. it may save you a ton of money on batteries. honestly you rechargeableack conceal for the battery area with equipped-in rechargeable batteries. you place them in after which you look ahead to them to value. some say that it takes 3 hours so it somewhat is often a situation. usual nonetheless, you may defenitely purchase it. The Wii classic controller is used honestly for traditional video games you purchase on the Wii save Channel(which you pick internet connection and Wii factors for). video games like Pokemon Snap and large Mario. you additionally can use it to play some wii video games as an extra controller like large injury Bros. Brawl. i could purchase it because of the fact i'm a SSBB fanatic and that's far less complicated and occasional fee to apply while fiddling with a lot of human beings. even nonetheless i don't understand what the Wii Hd link cable is, i think of i'm able to make a guess at it. it somewhat is likely for hooking your Wii as much as an HD television to make the Wii reveal in Hd additionally. It in all probability replaces one in all th cords so as that it somewhat is HD nicely suited. wish i could help!

Don't go to Walmart they would not selling me a wii? I got one to checkout an they said they couldn't sell them for a week but I know they was selling them last night. The lady at the register said she sold one. So don't go there for any big ticket items. They sell to friends only.
