because i want to watch the 1st naruto movie but i want to fully understand what happening in it so i want to kno up to what episode should i watch and then the movie and then continue with the episodes i on episode 36 when they are fighting all the clones in the forest of death if you can do this for the 2nd movie too i will really apppreciate it

The 1st naruto movie was released after episode 95-96! You can tell when the movies are released as there will be a filler at the end of the epidoes telling you of the movie

Okay, firstly, theres no actual set time lines, the movie doesn't reveal anything special, but a little more in depth to the characters.
You should definitely watch the movie during/before or after the chuunin exams, don't leave it too long. Plus when it was released in cinema's in japan it came with an intro movie, Konoha sports festival (found here: http://anime.peekvid.com/s900/e32047/ ) And the Sasuke costume in this 10 minute novelty clip sugests in takes place just after the chuunin exam. - So technically speaking, straight after the chuunin exam.
Second one, sometime during the filler episodes such as 150 - present.
