How do you post a video from u tube onto your blog?

I've uploaded a video from my camera but can't find how to post it on my blog - Can anyone help?

Go to compose a blog entry, click on the little box that has HTML by it. Then go to the youtube video and copy and paste the embeded code which is to the right of the video. Paste it into the space provided for the blog entry and then to put the text (you need it) put this:

INSERT TEXT

Then just preview and post...
