I want to play it on my home network, between me and my brother, but i only have one copy of the game, and when you go to start the game it asks for a disk

Okey, I got your point...

First thing to do is, burn the game installer into a CD, then install it on your brothers PC.

After successful installation, use a network cable and connect your PC to your brothers PC, so that you can play on LAN (Local Area Network)

Hi mate, erm it's been a while since I've played it but im pretty sure for the USA you can do an upgrade at the barracks which lets your rangers capture stuff like oil wells. As for china I know that the special unit (black lotus?) can capture them and I would have thought theres other units aswell, I'm not sure about the GLA but is could be the theifs perhaps? Hope that helps.
