First and foremost I give thanks to the Lord for blessing me with one more day to be with my family and loved ones. It is a beautiful day and I plan to spend it with my loving husband doing whatever he wants as I don't have to work today and have been putting in long hours at work. I want to concentrate on him and him alone today. He hasn't gotten up yet or I wouldn't be on here answering questions I would be with him.

Today it is snowing and the wind chill is - 10. I have to go to work in 2 hours and will have to hack my way through the ice all over my car to get in it to drive there.
The day may not be pleasant and the weather terrible but the way I look at it is Spring is just around the corner and then all will be right with the world.
Taking one day at a time works for me.

By being proud of myself when I finish this little essay on Cold Mountain, finish my chemistry lab, finish my calculus, finish my scholarship applications, and go to work.
