You don't really need the memory card slot[s] [SD, CF and MemoryStick]. You can still transfer the data directly from your digital camera with the USB A to Mini B cable that comes with most digital cameras. You can also transfer data with USB flash drives, thumb drives, external hard drives with USB support or you could burn the data to a CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD+R, insert the disc into the PS3 and copy the data from either of those disc formats. The only real advantage is the built in WiFi the 60GB version has right out of the box. You can even UPGRADE the hard drives with EASE

It depends as the 20 gb doent have wi-fi or backwards compatability . The 40gb doensnt have backwards compatability so you cant play your ps1/2 games on them. The 60gb (One ive got) is the original . Or you could try the 80 gb - but will you fill all of the space? and i there i no difference but 20gb more hd space. it depends if you have a ps2 and you play ps2 games . If you have wireless get at least a 40gb .Second question ask yourself -will i fill all of the hard space? Hope you make the right decision .

This is true. You can buy a $15 adapter to add it to it.
