I believe he is. He has had an impressive career but he said last season he would be going. I would like to state for the record too, to all the naysayers who answered this question, that Brett Favre is one of the best quarterbacks who has ever played the game and he has a genuine love of the game. You don't see that with a lot of the money hungry players out there today. He has class, he has a killer arm STILL, and when he is ready to leave, it will be a sad day in the NFL.

Michael Jordan retired 3 situations in his career yet did all people say something about it?....No. George Foreman retired two times and after the 2d time he concept about making a come decrease back a third time yet did all people say something?....No! Ricky Williams end football in simple terms to do pot, plenty worse than what Brett is doing, and no one is putting forward something, so my goodness enable IT move! That "Jerk" is a correct 5 QB this year! it really is extra powerful than what 27 different placing out QB's contained in the NFL are doing, and if he can't carry out at a intense element anymore then i ought to wish him to retire too, yet at the same time as your nonetheless taking section in at a professional bowl element I see no clarification for someone to retire in spite of the indisputable fact that if this is at 40 5!

I think so. Green Bay isn't doing too well, and with a losing record this year, there's little-to-no chance they'll spring back into contender form next year. He's not padding an 'all-time' record, like Emmitt Smith did when he left Dallas for Arizona. So no shot at a winner and no 'all-time' record - the only reason he'd stay is because he just wants to, which I think is what he did this year.

I think odds are that he'll pack it in at the end of this season.
