I checked for viruses and such- I have a firewall- is this a wonderful gift from HP or something? Has anyone heard of this? If I click on it- I cannot get it to pop up info, I can only end it-is it a tracker? I aleways delete my net files,history and cookies every 2 days---

It is a type of virus, and in researching it, I found that people whose computers are infected with it found by trial and error that Microsoft's Windows Defender worked better than anything else at getting rid of this. Nothing works 100% of the time, it takes spyware, adware, antivirus, all kept up to date and used daily (except your antivirus).

Download SpyBot from http://www.safer-networking.org/ . Update and run it. Run it again to make sure it is gone.
