I wish I knew. I am so tired everyday.
I have had thyroid checked and blood and yeah i did have some problems but now they are better.
You get enough sleep - thats 8 hours. If you went to bed at 1 you would wake up at 9.
If I could I'd go to sleep at 1 and wake up at 1. But I have to work so 11-7 for me. And I still feel horrible. I dont get most of my energy until night time.
Blame it on your circadium rhythem. Or go to a doctor. You could have sleep apnea.

Watch what you eat. Too many carbs will cause a lack of energy even if you are getting the proper amount of hours. Just try it and see. Decrease your carbohydrates - like avoid starchy foods, crackers, potatoes, etc for 3-4 days and you should see a difference.

I have the same problem, and I'm going to the doctor for it.
It could be harmones, which is why I need to get blood taken to see what harmones are imbalanced.
Try going to see your local doctor, tell him what happens. Maybe you have Harmonal Imbalance like I do, or maybe you just have a bad mattress or something.
I really hope I helped!
