Thumbs up and Thumbs down are the opinions of visitors here at Yahoo Answers. It is a good idea to provide the THUMBS DOWN on answers that you think are totally silly. If you really like an answer, hit the THUMBS UP.

But if you see SPAM or totally abusive behavior, then PLEASE use the FLAG icon and REPORT ABUSE. That is the only way that we can make Yahoo Answers a good place to share answers to questions.

Let me say that there is no such thing as a dumb question. If someone does not know, and asks, they deserve an answer. All answers that we learn during research start with a question. If the question is not asked, we can't learn. Of course, that does not mean to say that some of us won't just ignore the silly question. I'm way beyond the "I want points" stage. All I want at this point are the Five Stars BEST ANSWER.

Good luck and Happy Computing!

Those thumbs-up and thumbs-down are ment for rating the answer above them.
Obviously thumbs-up is for appreciation and thumbs-down for depreciation.
But you can use them once you reach to 'Level 2'.
