Depends on the cost. I'd have to do some research on what kinds of sites moon-base designers tend to prefer, what kinds of technologies still need a lot of work (and how much work), likely trends in the political climate over the next 100 or 200 years, the validity of the title, etc. If it's super cheap and in a good location, then maybe. -yk
