the jitterbug is a very good phone if you r on a tight budget and just need a phone for emergencies. if u r talkative and like to text and all that other stuff like play games this phone is not for u. i probably wouldn't get it because i use my phone for playing games and listening to music and all that other stuff. u can get a plan as low as 10 dollars a month. there r 2 types of phones, a simple one with a button for 9-1-1, operator, and pre-selected phone numbers. the other one has a full keypad. u cannot play games on it.

I saw a commercial for them yesterday. It seemed like a very basic cell phone targeted to the elderly, who often tend to be reluctant to embrace new technologies.
