first off this is really just a comment, not a DR , always get checked when its pregnancy anyways my point is when I was pregnant twords the end I remember something of that nature and I think it was just related to the baby getting heavier and your body being tired and somewhat worn out, the weight kinda focuses on that area and also things and preparing to happen but again and ofcourse just get checked it doesnt take long and why not better safe than sorry right, Good Luck and oh yea relax relax it makes it much easier for me the experience of child birth went really well and nurses made comments on how calm I was and in turn how smooth it then went anyways i'm recommending to get it in your head that this is going to happen no matter what and you'll be ok so help it along dont try to prolong it it only makes it so much harder I think the women that have a really hard time even though there arent any legit problems occuring just hype themselves up, and I also recommend epidural and dont wait if your gonna do it just do it right away whats the difference Good Luck and enjoy KIMBUR

if you are getting cramping in your thighs, it's not because of your period, but probably due to a vitamin or mineral deficiency; sounds like potassium to me. try eating a banana every day and see how that works for you. changing hormones wreck havoc on we women, and change our dietary and exercise needs.
the pains have likely returned now because your body is using more of some particular nutrients now than it did throughout the pregnancy to date. you're getting ready to soften up on ligaments and tendons and the cartilage which bridges your pelvic bone is softening to allow birth. lots of changes right now; you've only six weeks to go! god bless

I guess the extra weight in your abdomen could cause that too..
especially if you do a lot of squating everyday.
Cramps can be related to low levels of certain minerals such as calcium and potassium, supplementing your diet with these minerals must be done in combination with keeping yourself hydrated.
Banana and tomatoes are rich in potassium.
