Unfortunately the performance of the Indian Team is very pathetic of late. The present situation calls for drastic and harsh action from the Cricket Board. I strongly feel that as a first step to improve the performance, payment to the players should be linked to their performance instead of graded system presently in force. Once this is done, players will be forced to leave their complacency and try hard to earn their money by performing better, which ultimately turn around fortune of Indian Team

When they dont have the time to practice for modelling when should they go for practice We must educate people not to go to stadiums to watch our indian cricket. and also not to watch it either live on TV.
The airtel has done the good thing by dropping Tendulkar as its Prime Ambassador since his poor performance. If all the Ad companies do like this then we can expect some good cricket from our side.

Not they have forgotten cricket. But they are remembering modelling more. Don't have to ban cricket. Just don't switch on your TV when a match is on or watch some other channel which is showing a movie or a naacha gaana masti programme. Don't go to watch cricket matches in stadiums. The bubble will burst on its own.

this Q is not very important.

Important is the

CAPABILITY

RESPONSILITY

ACCONTABILITY.

All these will come ONLY-IF

Selection and benefit / payment of

BCCI
SELECTOR
COACH
CAPTAIN
PLAYERS

are linked to performance in the respective capacity.

FOR EXAMPLE Shri RAHUL

1) is a great TEST PLAYER, can play for TEST but not ODI. What he scored in last ODI, he tried to be retain in the team. In ODI total score by INDIVIDUAL along with rate of score is very very important. He can never play fast. Therefore he shall not be choosen for ODI.

2) South Africa was 6 out with 75 runs. Still he could not control upto scoring 277. He is the worst CAPTAIN.
He shall not be choosen for CAPTAINCY.

Then who is CAPTAIN?

Choose some better capable. If connot be select the best player of one ODI as CAPTAIN in the next Match.

Yes. They are models and sponsored. We can't deny the chances of match fixing also. They do not give chance to new players. Corporate and sectoral (regional) politics are other reasons that the unproductive players can not be kicked off. The team is captured by some politicians and representatives of companies.

Things jus aint goin well for India...dey r doin really bad...its painful to watch. The loss against South Africa was really bad. If they continue lke this, they might as well quit playing cricket and start professional badminton or something! Lol (wudnt really want them to quit!)
Oh and I'd jus lke to add that u cant blame a single man for their loss. And for all of u who think they r losin cuz saurav's gone r jus being stupid! The rest of them are jus as gud..it jus wasnt their time to shine..dats all....

IT'S IMPROPER SELECTION.

SOLUTION?

DRAVID be removed from CAPTAINCY and ODI-Why?

The worst captain-
could not control SA from 6 wicket down for 76; finally SA made 275.
Any 18yrs child can do better job.

He made 63 in 103 balls and it is equvalent of 184 in 50 overs. This means he played for his retaintion in the team but not for win of INDIA.
HE SCORED +50 for 63 but SCORED (NEGETIVE) -100 for playing TEST Match in ODI.

The net score of dravid is (negative)-50. This means he can play TEST but he shall be removed from ODI side of INDIA.

Shri DHONI be made CAPTAIN- Why?

He scored 55 in 48 balls, this is equivalent to 344 runs in 50 overs. Therefore he played for win of INDIA. HE GOT 50 FOR SCORING 55, and 100 FOR PLAYING FOR WIN OF INDIA and not mere for his retaintion in the team.

THEREFORE DHONI WITH 150 MARKS OUT OF 100 WILL THE CAPTAIN IN THE NEXT ODI

Shri DRAVID WITH (-)50 SCORE SHALL BE DROPPED FROM ODI AND RESERVED FOR TEST ONLY.
