I got a 750 on this test, never having taken a world history course in high school and not preparing at all. It's a cakewalk, don't worry about it. But here's some advice anyway.

KNOW EUROPE. Africa, the Middleast, and Asia hardly come up. You might get a question about the Terra Cotta Army for example, there WILL be a Ghandi question, and probabably a question on Iran. Other than that, the focus in on Europe--there was a few questions about all of the intellectual movements (Renaissance, Enlightenment, etc), map questions (make sure you know your maps--especially for Western Europe) and a lot of focus on religion. French Revolution will probably come up. It might help to look at some sample questions on Collegeboard--if you find them easy, you have nothing to worry about. Good luck on the test--have you taken the American History SAT II? That test is super-easy if you've had any American History--it's quite easy to come out of it with an 800. If you're more comfortable with American History, you can always switch to that exam on test day. (I had a friend who took both tests with me--640 on the World and a 700 on the American History--I had a 750 on World History and an 800 on American History--I'm using her to illustrate because she HAD taken World History Classes, American History was still easier for her.)
