I'm going to forego the assumption that everyone else has made regarding the status of your marriage and simply answer your question.
The short answer is no, there isn't currently a way to track your wife through your Acura TL navigation system. However, several cellular phone companies offer GPS and for $9.99/mo. you can locate a cell phone user through services such as "Family Locator" through Sprint, "Xora", "eTrace" and other applications through Nextel; and I'm sure other carriers are offering something similar.
As an aside, vehicles equipped with OBDIII (On-Board Diagnostics 3) have GPS tracking systems integrated into your cars ECM which will allow government agencies to track your location, speed, and even get updated data about the condition of your car (last time you had it serviced, for example). With this technology they will be able to issue you a speeding ticket without even seeing you, or shut-down your car remotely if you don't pay your overdue parking tickets, etc. The latest Chevy Corvette already has it. Check it out for yourself...

If you are asking if you can track her as she is in the process of driving, then the answer is no. The GPS navigation system doesn't transmitt a signal and that is what you would need to track her. The GPS receives a constantly transmitted signal from 3 or more satallites and then triangulate or calculate the location on the ground.
If you are asking about retrieving the information in her GPS navigation system after she has gone someplace. Well, it is a very good possibility you can. The GPS is nothing more that a computer and I sure it stores the information for some period of time. I would determine the manufacture of the unit in her car and ask them if there is a way to retrieve the data.

If you think you have to then your too controlling or your wife isn't being a good wife- I never worry where my hubby is unless he's late and then he could be hurt on a So Cal freeway- there is too much junk going on to worry about your (supposedly) best friend and partner for life-

I don't know the answer but I am wondering where the trust in your marriage is. If you don't have trust in a marriage it isn't going to work. Why do you feel you must track your wife?

I'm sure you understand that tracking your wife's "whereabouts" isn't something one should feel the need to do in a healthy relationship. I agree with the other poster - you need counseling. Maybe you AND your wife need counseling.
What's next - hiring a private detective? Please get some help with this one.

No. I'd suggest the services of a good marriage counsellor. You both need one.
