My neigbor is very strange. She lies to her mom about what me and our other niegbor do at school like say bad stuff and ignore her. She allways yells at us for nothing and if she is mad at someone else she gets mad at us even if we don't know that person! When ever we try to ask her whats wrong she starts yellling at us and then starts crying to her mom!!!!! Now her mom is mad at our families and her mom gossips really bad so our families are going to look really bad in the nieghborhood.
Also she never gives ... i once asked her for a quater and she was like no.... it's my money.... and we allways give her clothes and stuff.... is she a friend what shall i do??? her mom doesn't like us now and starts sceaming at us and calling us little s**ts!!! help me please!!!!!

I am not sure on why people act like this, sometimes it's because they are jealeous of you & everyoneelse. I wouldn't spend too much time on what they are saying; however if you beleive in God then He would say..."treat them as Jesus would treat you..." Bless them & keep on showing them the love of Jesus, talk to them with respect, regardless of how mean they are. To many people, they would say mean words back, but where does that leave you, but on the same level as there mentality....As my aunt would say, show them lots of kindness, and also pray for their souls. Don't hang out with them, let them come to you.
If the mother starts talking mean to you, then you know where this girl is coming from. Just say God Bless you & smile, keep on going. They are only doing this for attention.
You are showing them how to be; nice, polite, & respectful. Give it time, those lies she's told, will come back to her.
Stand up for what you beleive, don't let people run your life. It seems to me that you are a good friend, with a big heart. Just be you, only change the way God wants you to be. Be open with your parents & let them know what is going on, they are there to protect you. You know that saying "sticks & stones...but names will never hurt me". You need to be around people who appreciate you for who you are, and treat you nicely.
God loves you, you are a blessing to Him & your family & friends!!!

Is it possible that this neighbor has a mental illness like depression or BiPolar? Her mood swings and crying jags sound as if it is. You might want to restrict your interaction with this person, because she sounds like a "loose cannon".

yeah, she's obviously not your friend.
just be nice and avoid her because theres not much you can do besides that.
