My sister fancies both Hoggard and Sean Astin! She's got a Hoggard mug. We were having a drink when my family visited us this summer and my cousin asked my sister what was on her mug, she told him that is was Hoggard and he simply said 'He looks like someone out of Lord Of The Rings'. I'm under no illusion that it was Sam he was talking about!

hahaha well noticed!! i had never realised that before. i would say the only difference is, is that hoggard isnt capable of saving the world along side gandalf the GAY! joke well noticed anyway

i guess he has similar face features, but Matthew isn't as short as SAM. But yes i can see, how they may look similar.
