If we are to believe the words of Jacques in As You Like It, then why shouldn't all the world be a stage? Of course, Jacques also says "Oh that I were a fool! I am ambitious for a motley coat."
Of course, the Shakespearean fools always had some sort of wisdom to share, though it always hidden in seeming gibberish.
Why not live an unscripted life and decide for yourself?
