Which one? You *are* aware that aside from several different countries, each country is made up of widely different ethnic groups, each with its *own* history and culture? Obviously you aren't aware of this, from your question. There is no one "African" culture. Africa is a continent, not a country.

If an African gets power over another African in any way, he will abuse that power. He will take all the money, buy himself a big jeep and put the rest in a Swiss bank account. The other guy, meanwhile, will be left standing naked and starving at the side of the road. And the first guy sees nothing wrong with this.
The concepts of Morals and Decency are Western, European concepts. It's disrespectful of us to assume that Africans should asssume these concepts- I mean they haven't done so in the last 200 milion years so why should they start now?
Finally can I just say that TWO things make Africa the dump that it is.
Firstly, Swiss Bank accounts.
Secondly, the AK47- the scourge of Africa.

Ur question doesnt make sense - I am from the uk have lived in different african countries almost all my life and everywhere is different. Its like saying what is a white persons culture. Its all different. Each country is different and all the people are different. Most countries still have tribes that people belong to and each one of those are different too. I live in kenya and there are loads of different types of cultures. Also its annoying when people just say africa - "i'm going to africa....." but that is annoying coz africa is huge and it DOES have countries. In mean girls that ret@rd lindsay lohan says she lived in africa and everything was different when she lived in africa but she generalizes and thinks africa is just one country. If you asked about a certain country or tribe then ur question could make more sense but u need to be specific.

Which African culture? There are many countries in Africa, and they all have their own cultures.

Your question is too general. There is no one culture in Africa just as there is no one culture here in the states.

Mud huts, tribes, female genital mutilation, spears, drinking animal blood, covering oneself in mud and dancing around a bonfire, whooping and yelling a lot, regularly starving to death/dieing of thirst, hundreds of bad piercings with bones and bits of scrap metal, children getting 'married', getting into England on the underneath of a Eurostar/back of a lorry and claiming asylum.... so many charming things really.....
I forgot, half the continent riddled with AIDS through having sex with underage prostitutes......
