Monarch have flights from Gatwick in December for £50
Easyjey fly Luton to Lisbon, but they are more expensive

There isn't one unless you are only planning to travel one way and don't mind flying to London on 24 Dec (in which case Monarch will only charge you EUR54.69 including tax).
The best website for such matters is below in my opinion. It has all of the low-cost airlines loaded into its database. And it is an easy click or two to check the scheduled airlines too.

Best I see is British Airways at €138 return, departing 29th or 30th and back on the 1st. I checked Monarch, Easyjet, TAP, and Portugalia, but BA has the best prices and availability currently.

You might want to have a look on lastminute.com - they have cheap flight if you book nearer the time.

try bmi or ryanair there only about 30 quid a ticket (one way)
