Well it effects the player becase the captain always order on the team and scold them if they are wrong and if the captain does something wrong no one comes futher and tell him that you are doing wrong because of the fear you create on them. That wrong thing you have done can effect in your tournament.

The responsibility of captaincy affects the player's perfermance because of all the things that the captain needs to think about other than just his batting or bowling or both.
For instance, whilst fielding the captain must position the fielders (with the bowler) during the game. The field will be constantly changing depending on who the batsmen is, which team is on top during the game, whether someone has just got out etc. Being responsible for this would obviously affect a captains bowling perfermonce.
In addition, the captain would take most of the criticism if his team played badly or lost a game they were expected to win. This is obviously added pressure and will affect his performance. In the end, he'll only keep his job if his team get results! That's a lot of pressure!

it may do whether it relies upon how lots of a real chief the guy is. Ricky Ponting ot greater advantageous while taking on the captaincy (in case you do not soak as much as accoun this lean spell over the final couple of months). His captaincy made him step up and while the gang needed a brilliant innings in any journey he in many circumstances has been the only to attain it. Tendulkar on the different hand substitute into not a born chief and while he took over the captaincy his batting went majorly downhill and the gang did not win many suits in any respect. to those that at the instant are not born leaders having the captaincy makes it greater solid on the grounds which you recognize that if the gang would not carry out or loses a brilliant style of champion gamers in a quick quantity of time, you have each and all the armchair critics who say you ought to not be enjoying (like a number of you men have been donning on approximately Ricky Ponting).

Overall the Captain gets and praise or blame for the performance of the team. Hence the Captain will be always under pressure and this may affect his performance too. However, if the Captain is cool and mentally fit, such situations may not affect his performance.

If affects good as well as bad, the capatain should be motivated with his own performance and should command the players when it needed. He has to take responsibility in both pros and cons , he sould be aggressive otherwise better to step down and follow HIS NATURAL GAME.

IF THE WORST CAPTAIN SHRI DRAVID COULD CONTROL SA WITH IN 200, INDIAN COULD FEEL CONFIODENCE.
IT IS ONLY ONE OF 100 EXAMPLES.
THE REAL SOLUTION FOR INDIA IS:
DRAVID be removed from CAPTAINCY and ODI-Why?
The worst captain-
could not control SA from 6 wicket down for 76; finally SA made 275.
Any 18yrs child can do better job.
He made 63 in 103 balls and it is equvalent of 184 in 50 overs. This means he played for his retaintion in the team but not for win of INDIA.
HE SCORED +50 for 63 but SCORED (NEGETIVE) -100 for playing TEST Match in ODI.
The net score of dravid is (negative)-50. This means he can play TEST but he shall be removed from ODI side of INDIA.
Shri DHONI be made CAPTAIN- Why?
He scored 55 in 48 balls, this is equivalent to 344 runs in 50 overs. Therefore he played for win of INDIA. HE GOT 50 FOR SCORING 55, and 100 FOR PLAYING FOR WIN OF INDIA and not mere for his retaintion in the team.
THEREFORE DHONI WITH 150 MARKS OUT OF 100 WILL THE CAPTAIN IN THE NEXT ODI
Shri DRAVID WITH (-)50 SCORE SHALL BE DROPPED FROM ODI AND RESERVED FOR TEST ONLY.
