I can't belive this question is even being posted.
Jay-z will remain better then Lil Wayne. And here is the reasoning.
Lyrically speaking Jay-Z has more depth. Jay Z can take you to the hood and make you feel his struggle and then take you on a journey through San Tropez in the next song. Jay-z has more maturity and growth in his music. You can rap, and you can mimic a style of someone you idolize, but if you don't develop into the person you want to be you'll never be a true artist.
And with that let's talk about Lil Weezy. Yeah his beats are hot. But does anyone actually understand what the feezy his is talking about half the time? No. Wayne is stuck in the same process he was 5-7 years ago. He does whatever his "Daddy" does. And yes they were kissing, its on You Tube. And you have to catch the look of the dude in the background he looks like he wants to puke!

I would have to say that jayz is better because he did rapping way more than LiL wayne. also i heard some nasty rumors about LiL wayne kissing baby . but i heard that at my school .

Jay-Z is the better. Lil Wayne is nice but Jay has been around too long to let a youngin like lil wayne be better. Jay worked with biggie. Who has lil wayne worked woth compared to bigie? Jay went through beefs with nas and dipset. He never studdered. Who has lil wayne done this withj?
