Nine hundred ninety-nine trillion and one. :)
But if you're asking what number comes after nine hundred ninety nine trillion, nine hundred ninety-nine billion, nine hundred ninety-nine thousand, nine hundred ninety-nine, I believe the answer is "one quadrillion".

In the US system of counting numbers, the answer is indeed one quadrillion. However, be careful when naming numbers as in the UK, what they call a trillion is what the US calls a quintillion (the next one up). British numbering puts a billion as a million times a million, the US trillion. Fortunately, you wrote out the number so confusion is avoided. Concerning credit card numbers, all I can really add is that the first digit of the card indicates the type of card. For example, 3 is used with American Express (which can have 15-digit numbers), 4 is for Visa, 5 for MasterCard, and 6 for Novus. Also, the three digits after that, and maybe some in the second set of four, represent the issuing financial institution, which puts some more limits. Furthermore, I wouldn't include the expiration date as that can change as the card is replaced while keeping the same number otherwise. Just my thoughts.
