Well first of all you have to get the name right. It is an Arabian horse not an arabic (Arabians are also known as arabs).

And define normal horse. Because there is no such thing as a normal horse. A horse is a type of animal. And all horses are defined into breeds. Arabian is said to be the first breed/ or true breed. And most breeds have arab in them.

An arab horse has a dished face, naturally lifts its tail to show off, and is small and petite. They also have curved necks that are held high.

All horses have there own breed distinctions, so it would depend on what breed you are comparing the Arabian to.

There are a few differences in bone structure and things like that, but an Arabian is still considered a normal horse, it's just a breed.

An Arabian is a breed of horse...There is no 'normal' horse, there's a lot of different breeds, the same with any other animal.Quarter Horses,Thoroughbreds,Paints etc, those are all different breeds of horses. It's the same with dogs. There's not just one normal dog, there's golden retrievers, labs, german shepherds, etc.Arabians differ from other horses because they have a slender, dished muzzle, have 1 less vertebrae, have very light structure and conformation, and are descended from Arabia.Hope I answered your question =)

Arabian is a breed of horse.. there is no such thing as a "normal" horse...

Arabians are a very old breed and were often used to improve or develop other breeds such as the Thoroughbred... (and thusly the Quarter Horse)

Arabians are very intelligent, excel at endurance, they have 1 less vertebra..
when happy they run with their heads and tails held high, they have dished faces, arched necks, flat croups,

I think it the language they speak. Also, a Horse is a Horse of course. Horses are Bred for specific reasons. A Tennessee/Kentucky Walker are just a horse, but, Bred for a certain Gait. A Cutting Horse is Bred to work Cattle or other type animals. Thoroughbred is bred to fly like the wind. So, it mainly what the Horse has been Bred to do as to its name. This best I can explain.

It has one LESS lumber vertebra in its backbone - 5 instead of 6, and it also has one LESS rib. - THAT'S what makes this horse different from EVERY OTHER breed of horse.
