Actually I watched an interview with Nelly where she explained the song Promiscuous Girl.

In the intro, Furtado teases Timbaland, asking him if he’s flustered by her. Timbaland responds with a matter-of-fact “no.” She laughs
Puckish beats then start the single, setting a svelte tone.
“Am I throwin’ you off?/Nope/Didn’t think so.”

In the first verse, Timbaland greets her at the bar with their friends. He rubs her shoulders and whispers in her ear that he gets feverish, burning up at the sight of her. He tells her the joke he told her was indeed dumb. However, it was the only thing he could think of to say. Furtado questions his overtly courting of her. A hookup usually doesn’t happen during the day. He says she may be the lucky one out of the many women there and he’ll know how she feels about him when they leave. She scoffs at his *********. However, she considers the possibility by inquiring if he would still like her the next day. He says she can trust him and should be given a chance. She’s not in a committed relationship. He tells her he thinks she’s a shy, naughty girl. She retorts that he has to get to know her and to slow it down a notch.
“How you doin’ young lady/That feelin’ that you givin’ really drives me crazy/You don’t haveta play about the joke/I was at a loss of words first time that we spoke/Looking for a girl that’ll treat you right/You lookin’ for her in the day time with the light/ You might be the type if I play my cards right/
I'll find out by the end of the night/You expect me to just let you hit it/But will you still respect me if you get it/All I can do is try, gimme one chance/What’s the problem I don’t see no ring on your hand/I be the first to admit it, I’m curious about you, you seem so innocent/You wanna get in my world, get lost in it/Boy I’m tired of running, let’s walk for a minute.”

In the chorus, he calls to her, saying he would like to have sex with her. She responds that he has caught her eye and he has to ask her out. He tells her to quit being coy and own up to her feelings. She tells him to be direct and that all their interactions have been positive.
“Promiscuous girl/Wherever you are/I’m all alone/And it's you that I want/Promiscuous boy/You already know/That I’m all yours/
What you waiting for?/Promiscuous girl/You're teasing me/You know what I want/And I got what you need/ Promiscuous boy/Let's get to the point/Cause we're on a roll/Are you ready?”

In the first verse, Furtado explains she’s become jaded with the dating scene. Men no longer feel the need to romance her. She figures it’s the closest she will get to it. For the moment, he will suffice as the One…for a minute. He retorts that it’s not as crude as it seems. He thinks about her all time and wants to hang out with her also. Furtado says she’s an extraordinary woman and he has to meet her standards. He has to live up to her expectations. He calls her out, saying she’s being brash on purpose and he’s ready to step up his flirting style. She retorts that she says what she means. Every once in a while she needs to just **** someone. He needs to listen to her. Timbaland says he wants her. She shrugs it off, saying a lot of guys like her. He needs to set himself apart from the others. He assures her that no one in their circle has to know they are having sex on the side. She can let him in and not worry about what people may think of her. She shots him a dirty look in response and says they are not hooking in some alley.
“Roses are red/Some diamonds are blue/Chivalry is dead/But you're still kinda cute/Hey! I can't keep my mind off you/Where you at, do you mind if I come through/I’m out of this world come with me to my planet/Get you on my level do you think that you can handle it?/They call me Thomas, last name Crown/Recognize game/I'ma lay mine's down/ I'm a big girl I can handle myself/But if I get lonely I’ma need your help/Pay attention to me I don't talk for my health/I want you on my team/So does everybody else/Baby we can keep it on the low/Let your guard down ain’t nobody gotta know/If you with it girl I know a place we can go/ What kind of girl do you take me for?”

The chorus is sung again.

In the third verse, Timbaland reassures her it was a playful joke, not a real suggestion. In turn, Furtado tells him to calm down. He says he isn’t out to use or hurt her. He would like to sleep with her and wake with her beside him the next morning. She says she prefers to keep it carnal. She fantasizes about him touching her breasts and the rest of her body. Timbaland is taken aback by her admission and asks her if that’s what she meant. She responds that he heard right. It tells her it’s turning him on. She says she’s trying to feel him out and see if he’s trustworthy. He respects it, saying she will be pleased with the results of their night together. Her curiousity is piqued and she wonders aloud if he can back up his supposed sexual prowess.
“Don't be mad, don't get mean/Don't get mad, don't be mean/Hey! Don't be mad, don't get mean/Don't get mad, don't be mean/Wait! I don't mean no harm/I can see you with my t-shirt on/I can see you with nothing on/Feeling on me before you bring that on/Bring that on?/You know what I mean/Girl, I’m a freak you shouldn't say those things/I’m only trying to get inside your brain/To see if you can work me the way you say/It's okay, it's alright/I got something that you gon' like/Hey is that the truth or are you talking trash/Is your game M.V.P. like Steve Nash.”

In the second chorus, she admits she can’t pretend to be annoyed by his come-ons. She says they have a lot in common and would make a great pair. Timbaland stays to his word.
“Promiscuous girl/Wherever you are/I’m all aloneAnd it’s you that I want/Promiscuous boy/
I'm calling your name/But you're driving me crazy/The way you're making me wait/Promiscuous girl/You're teasing me/You know what I want/And I got what you need/Promiscuous boy/We're one in the same/So we don't gotta play games no more.”

Furtado and Timbaland have known each other for nearly a year. Every time they hang out, whether with friends or alone, they flirt. She’s commitment-shy after breaking up with her boyfriend and Timbaland is thrilled to be even a rebound. They eventually hook up, but there’s the possibility of a relationship. Even though he’s hoping to build intimacy, she’s looking for a distraction.

Her disenchanted yet fragile vocals are expressive and modern. She’s weary from past disappointments. Although she really likes Timbaland, she’s afraid to let him have him heart. Timbaland’s certain, gentle delivery aims to break through the strong front she has. Their scorching chemistry deepens the single, making the conversation organic and real.

The fleshly arrangement strokes and grabs the beat in a wanton clutch.

The wonderful “Promiscous” has Furtado finding her match in Timbaland.

Well in the song, it just means a person who sleeps with a lot of people. Timbaland would be the pimp, and Nelly F. would be the slut who's sorta denying to go with Timbaland, but really wants to.

Nelly explains that she means it in a musical way.
